The Shire of Smithwick is located mostly in the county of Aroostook with some area in Washington County, in northern Maine. It shares borders with the Shire of Endewearde to the South, The Shire of Lyndhaven to the North and East, and The Barony of Havre des Glaces on the West in the Kingdom of The East.
